Please Read these Terms and Conditions of use carefully before using www.lecternsandpodiums.com.au website operated by  B.D GLOBAL ENTERPRISES PTY LTD.
1. Definitions
1.1 "We", "us" and "our" are references to  B.D GLOBAL ENTERPRISES PTY LTD, ABN 52 619 895 537 the owner of this website.
1.2  "Website" means our website located at www.lecternsandpodiums.com.au as well as any other URLs that we may have registered and may in future register and use for the purpose of linking to the website, and unless the context requires otherwise includes any related services;
2. Prices
2.1 The goods remain the property of   B.D GLOBAL ENTERPRISES PTY LTD
ABN 57 856 429 599  until all monies owing to us are paid.
2.2  All prices on this website are online and available over the phone. Due to market fluctuations prices are subject to change without notice.
2.3  You acknowledge that despite our reasonable efforts, products may be listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect descriptions.. In circumstances such as these, we reserve the right to cancel the order, regardless of an order that has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of goods to your premises. If this type of transaction has occurred we immediately inform you of and if required issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount in question.
2.4  All prices on the website include 10% GST
3. Returns
3.1 Any claim for a refund must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods, quoting the invoice number, the consignment number, and the reason for the claim.
3.2  We are not obliged to provide a refund for change of mind’ or reasons of purchasing error.
3.3  We do not accept any returns for custom made lecterns and podiums, if you are uncertain which products these relate to please contact the team at 1300 669 235 to seek clarification prior to placing an order.
3.4 If the product is delivered and is faulty we will offer a replacement and/or a refund once the goods have been returned to us at our office - 6/19 Hotham parade, Artarmon NSW 2064.
4. Freight
4.1 A freight charge, plus GST on that charge will apply to deliveries to other addresses. This can change from the check out freight cost and if so we will notify you of any change prior to processing the order.
4.2 Please note freight is NOT refundable should goods be returned and any unsuccessful attempt at deliveries due to unattended addresses or customer error will result in additional charges where applicable. We do not deliver to PO Boxes
5.Purchase orders
5.1 All purchase orders are payable within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.  Unless otherwise arranged with the office, 14 days is the legal requirement for payment. Goods are owned by Inhouse Audio Visual Pty Ltd ATF for Inhouse Audio Visual Trust until payment is made.
6. Quotations
6.1 Unless otherwise stated, quotations apply for 30 days.
7. Indemnity
7.1 You agree to fully indemnify and hold us harmless against any expenses, costs, liabilities loss or damages (including consequential loss) that we may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with your use of the Website and any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Force majeure
8.1 We shall not be liable for any delay in performance of our obligations under this agreement if the delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
9.1 We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions set-out from time to time. Amendments will be take place immediately upon notification on this Website.
